In a bowl add semolina, maida, rice flour, salt, green chillies, jeera,
Add water and mix well check for water consistency it should be flowing consiatency
Add finely chopped coriander and mix well
Heat pan, make sure it is enough hot as you add batter on hot pan then holes appear on dosa if pan is not hot holes are not formed
Pour batter and add oil around dosa and roast both sides
After dosa is roasted turn to rare side and add finely chopped onions and grated carrot
Rest for 1min and transfer to a plate
Peanut chutney
In a mixer add roasted peanuts, grated coconut, green chillies, salt and grind well
Now add water and grind once again and transfer to a bowl
In a pan add oil and heat it now add urad daal, mustard, dried red chillies, curry leaves and add to chutney
Serve dosa with chutney
